Jeff brings over 30 years of leadership in global finance, with expertise spanning foreign exchange, money markets, and portfolio management. He began his career as a Foreign Exchange and Money Market Trader for major international banks before transitioning to wealth management in 1986.

He holds the Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute (FCSI), Canadian Investment Manager (CIM), and Designated Portfolio Manager (DPM) designations, and earned his B.A. in Economics from the University of Waterloo. Jeff has also served as an instructor for the Canadian Securities Institute’s Investor Learning Centre and was recognized as a semi-finalist for the Investment Dealers Association of Canada’s Distinction Award.

An active leader in both finance and philanthropy, Jeff serves as Governor of Tel Aviv University and is Past Chairman of the Canadian Friends of Tel Aviv University. He has also served on the boards of the Harold Green Jewish Theatre and BBYO Toronto.

Jeff and his wife, Annalee, are proud parents of three grown children.
