Throughout her distinguished career, she has held senior and director-level positions across leading investment firms, overseeing portfolio management, offshore distribution, and institutional business development. Recognized for her disciplined leadership, strategic acumen, and unwavering commitment to excellence, Lauren has built and led high-performing teams while cultivating trusted relationships with ultra–high-net-worth clients and institutional partners alike.

In addition to leading Skela Financial, Lauren is the founder of a South Florida–based luxury property management firm, where her refined attention to detail and elevated client service reflect the same principles that define her financial leadership.

Outside of work, she is passionate about fitness, sports, and her beloved dogs—and plans to one day establish an animal rescue ranch that embodies her belief in leading with both purpose and heart.
